Review Time
I'm already an avid cyclist, I own a road/gravel bike. A mountain bike and an EBike. I had seen a few eBoards around so I decided to try one out. What attracted me to the Meepo Rover was the price and reviews. Let me say that I am so happy I went with it. I love the feel of speed and agility it gives you. In fact I liked it so much that I just purchased a second one. The Meepo Flow. Both are awesome.
I ordered meepo v3 max in July, ever since purchase I have had nothing but problems. I have only road this board a handful of times before being thrown off due issues with power. I have contacted customer services more times then I can count. They sent a new battery which didn’t solve the problem. To which I explained and they ignored my concerns and sent another battery. When this didn’t work they refused to refund me despite selling a product that is not fit for purpose. I have been refused refund and they keep trying to fob me off with different parts that haven’t arrived. I am so disappointed and appalled by this company. I will never purchase anything again and highly urge people to avoid at all costs. Hundreds of pounds down the drain. A board I can’t ride and can’t get refunded. What a waste of time and disappointment
I had an issue with my boards battery, and after an admittedly long amount of time spent going back and forth with customer service (shout-out Bonnie, she really helped and was very patient the whole time) diagnosing the problem, I was able to get a new battery, battery case, and a few other goodies free of charge even though my warranty had recently expired. They did a phenomenal job determining what was wrong and were incredibly patient and concise with the instructions the whole time.
I bought a Meepo Rover for my son and I couldn’t be happier. The build quality is outstanding for the price and the customer service I received was exceptional. I experienced a minor issue during the first week and Meepo customer service was beyond understanding and super quick to respond and solve my issue.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! They sell defective boards and make it extremely hard to get any customer support or service for issues with their product before you even use it! Horrible, HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Customer service is trying to fool you. They promised extra 100usd for selected parts when you buy 2 voyagers. After tje voyagers came, they rejected to give those 100usd for parts. What is more, after 2months battery and esc died, i have waited 3months for replacement parts 😀 later on, remote died, ordered new one for 70usd.
