I ordered the wrong adapters for my Voyager X limited. Please make sure if you have a kegel adapter n you want to put on abec wheels that you buy abec adapters! I made a mistake n bought kegel adapters but Meepo saved the day. Customer service was quick to reply and reach out to me and ship me out a new pair of adapters! I was overjoyed! We spend a lot of time n money on things these days but it is so refreshing to know that their are amazing n friendly companies like Meepo that prove they care by making Great products n ensuring you are able to keep riding!! It's been 6 months since I've purchased 2 V5s from Meepo's website. They were never shipped and my money was never returned, now they have started ignoring me. I'm just clueless why they have done this to me, I've ordered multiple times from them a couple years ago when I got my V3 and had no issues but now it seems they're taking advantage of me and essentially scammed me. Beware purchasing new products from them, even if you ordered before, they might just choose not to send your boards. I'm not exaggerating I ordered 6 months ago and they never attempted to ship it to me.
I love electric skateboarding and was so excited to upgrade to a Meepo Hurricane. I ordered it in mid August and it arrived about 2 weeks later. After riding it for one day I tried to charge the battery and it would not take a charge. I contacted Meepo and they told me to send a video or photos with a voltage meter showing the problem. I purchased the meter and sent the video. Meepo agreed to send me a new battery. I was pleased with their response so I purchased some upgraded tires from Meepo. When the tires arrived, two of the four would not hold air and after 43 days I have still not received the replacement battery. I would rather simply return the board and get a refund but Meepo will not do refunds. I should have done more research regarding their no return policy but it is frustrating to spend over $1,000 and not be able to enjoy or return the board. While Meepo has said they will replace the battery and the tires, I have not seen them. If the board arrived in 2 weeks, it should not take months to receive replacement parts. I am not confident with the reliability or customer service going forward with this company.
Unfortunately really bad experience!First of all the board took almost 6 months to deliver. Double the time to what was promised.Then already after the second time using it one of the sleeves started to make a grinding noise. After reaching out to the customer service and asking to replace the broken part they only keep sending me a link to their shop to buy the broken part.Never again meepo board
This company is amazing. I recently bought the v5 and i’ve ridden long boards and skateboards since i was a kid and this is easily the most fun i’ve had on a board. It is absolutely the best budget board and that should not make it sound bad saying “budget” because although i’ve only had this board i’m very confident it could go toe to toe with something like a boosted board. I got it for college since using my old skateboard worked but was not very practical. This thing is amazing like seriously it’s so much fun and so easy to learn in three month and a half i’ve had it i’ve fallen once. For someone who maybe hasn’t ridden boards and isn’t comfortable balancing like that there might be a slight learning curve but that’s bound to happen with anything new. If anything in my opinion it helps develop the necessary steps needed to ride a board as with it being electric no pushing off is required but even if you wanted to just have a longboard it’s fantastic as an unpowered board too. All in all this is fantastic for the price of 400 USD I see this as a steal as it will provide yoy with hours and hours of fun but also makes 20 min walks go down to a 3-5 min ride. I highly HIGHLY recommend purchasing the v5 or any of the meepo branded boards in general i spent a while researching boards and i’m very very happy i went with meepo they are fantastic!
After 94 days (69 business days), I am still waiting for my skateboard to be delivered.Despite repeated attempts to get an update, I’ve only received vague responses and broken promises of “we’ll reply within 24 hours.” I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.Meepo's customer service is unresponsive, and I haven’t received any concrete solutions or compensation for the significant delay.I’ve requested a refund, and I’m still waiting for any action to be taken.If you’re considering purchasing from Meepo, be aware that the delivery time and customer service may not meet expectations. I would not recommend this company based on my current experience.
Board was great at the start but then ran into issue at 200 miles. Fixed the first issue with the remote signal. Then i had a second issue soon after with my hub motor locking up and not working. Tried to take apart to see the issue but they have a screw that is filled so I can't get the last screw out. Tried Customer service but are basically almost useless.....
I honestly loved the board, and everything about it was awesome, but my god did the excitement not last.I bought a V4S, and after about 170 miles, the battery just died on me out of nowhere. When I went to turn it on, nothing happened. It was already past the small 6-month warranty, so they told me to just buy a new battery for 150$. The costumer service was absolutely horrible, and I wish I hadn’t wasted my time on it. In conclusion, I will definitely not be buying any more eboards from Meepo in the future, and I advise everyone else to stay away from them as well, unless they plan on emptying their packs with no reward.
I bought a meepo flow board, didn't receive it at first but after I talked to the company they did a little investigation and realized I didn't get the board, they sent another one. A little over a week later I received my board. It was a little hick up in the beginning, but everything worked out in the end so I recommend this company to future E boarders. Thank you.
Customer service is perfect until... problems appear. They sent my order to another country due to a mistake on their part and when I cancelled the order they told me that I had to wait for the board to return to their warehouse, which took 2 weeks (but what if the shipment gets lost and doesn't return? Am I left without money and without a board?) Once they had the board in their facilities, I again requested a refund of my money and until now they have been ignoring me.
