Review Time
I ordered from Mejuri at the end of January. I placed an order for numerous items. As of February 16th, I have not received them. I emailed Mejuri and received a response but no follow up and I still do not have the items. I have tracked them and they show still in transit. More than two weeks and nothing has arrived. I don't think I would ever order from this company again. The reviews of their products are poor on Reddit and there are better companies to order from. I wish I'd seen those before spending a few hundred dollars with this company. It doesn't seem that they have much in the way of customer service.

I've purchased numerous solid gold jewelry pieces for my wife, including necklaces, bracelets, and mostly earrings. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying larger hoops in gold vermeil, and they changed color before she even wore them. Despite trying to exchange them for solid gold, I was only given another pair of the same low-quality earrings. Disappointed in the lack of quality for the price, I advise against investing in anything that isn't solid gold. Additional note: the retail worker also gave me a polishing cloth to clean the unworn (still in the cloth bag and box) earring stating that it was a common issue for the gold vermeil to change color. Not worth the 80 dollars.
We bought a pair of studs and Huggies for my daughter and she was ecstatic, after one week the studs fell out. We thought she was careless and ordered a second pair. The pair also fell out. This has never happened with any other pairs of studs she has.
Your agents are not trained to read customer emails. They simply use canned responses that don’t address the customer question. It isn’t until the 2nd or 3rd email that they get a little closer to understanding but the responses still don’t address the route of the issue. This just results in pissed off customers
Been purchasing from Mejuri for a while, love the pieces, but feel the 18k pieces are worthwhile, as my vermeil pieces changed colour. I do find the price increase has decline my frequent purchases, but as everything, prices have gone up for everything.
