Extra Canadian tax added

The bracelet arrived unhooked and placed in the white bag as if someone had just took it off their arm and put it in a box for mailing. I was also charged a Canadian tax. Although daughter loved bracelet, I was disappointed with this order out of the many purchased by myself and daughter.
