Bracelet doesn't stay clasped

My wife loved the look of the bracelet but one of the metal rings that keeps the bracelet together constantly breaks open and the bracelet falls off. We haven't hit the bracelet on anything to cause this. My wife is nervous to wear the bracelet now because she doesn't know when it's going to fall off or if she'll lose it because it fell off without her noticing.
