I’ve purchase two of the birthstone sapphire studs in 14k gold. They are very nice. My complaint, and I would argue an important one, is that the backs are extremely loose, making it unlikely that they will stay on in even mild conditions. The fact that they are 14k gold makes them hard to replace, particularly if you have sensitive ears.
I’m so in love, literally obsessed, with my initial necklace from Mejuri! The design is timeless and instantly elevates my everyday style, making it such an easy staple piece. From the beautiful packaging to the fine details, you can really see the quality and care Mejuri puts into their jewelry. It feels like something I’ll be wearing and cherishing for years.
Was ignored by staff despite multiple people available. When I asked for help, I was treated differently than other customer. For example; the employee was wiping down earrings for the other person but just pointed where I could find wipes. Didn’t get greeted despite looking for help.
I went to Mejuri for a second piercing or rather a re-piercing of my ears. I had had a second piercing years earlier but had let the holes close. The Mejuri sales lady was a lot of fun- managed to avoid re-piercing with a taper and we picked out some wonderful little studs to wear while everything healed. A great fun experience.
Good shopping experience, good products, although some were not available even though they were listed as in stock. One drawback, I paid $15 for fast shipping, but it arrived two days after the time it was supposed to arrive and the gift arrived late.
I love & adore the design of Mejuri. I purchased many stackable rings, I loved their design & fashionable creation as a designer myself I wore my rings all the time without any issue concerning the material & how durable they are, the only thing I would work on are the diamonds I would use more quality ones for the stackable rings so their shine will stay all the time
