My friend and I ordered from this company expecting a smooth delivery to France, but the experience has been a nightmare. Nowhere during checkout did it say that the package would go through customs or that we’d be charged an additional €250 in customs fees.We’ve tried reaching out multiple times by email and through their contact form and only got one vague response saying they would “speak with FedEx.” It’s been over a month, and since then, we’ve had no updates, no help, and no communication. The package is still stuck in customs, and at this point, we don’t even want it anymore we just want our money back.This level of customer service is unacceptable. A company that ships internationally should clearly state all potential fees upfront and respond promptly when problems arise. I hope they do better in the future, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them.
Customer service is always good but my ring needed an adjustment bc it bends easily due to the design of the ring. When purchasing initially I was concerned about this and Inwas reassured I could return or exchange if it was an issue. Indeed it became an issue bc the ring gets caught on clothing and pulls, making the ring bend of of shape. When I went to the store to solve the problem I was told I was not permitted to exchange this item which was very frustrating and disappointing. I shop at your store fairly often and have never had an issue. I was surprised that they couldn’t accommodate.
After I got my first pair of earring from Mejuri it only took me about a week to return and get another pair and a ring! It’s so elegant, beautiful, and perfect for everyday or a special occasion! I am sure I will be making another purchase again soon.
I placed an order for a bracelet on the 2nd with express shipping. The site stated it would ship on the 5th, but today is the 10th and I still have no update. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response and have texted every day for over a week, only to receive the same repeated message that “a specialized team is handling it.” No results, no shipment, and no compensation offered. To make matters worse, I’ve already been charged for an item that hasn’t even shipped. This has been a terrible experience with extremely poor customer service and the worst communication I’ve encountered.
The ear piercing lady was a sweat heart and made me fell super comfortable! I give her 10 stars !! But the male staff had extremely bad body odor to the point of making me gag !! Personal hygiene is especially impotent especially when dealing with customer service !!
