I’ve purchased from Mejuri before, but this recent experience raises serious concerns. In August, my husband ordered a diamond tennis bracelet. The site stated it would ship within one month. Two months later: no shipment and no reliable timeline. Nobody has any clue when this bracelet will be shipped. Customer service was largely inaccessible. When I was lucky enough to get any response, it was scripted/automated, unhelpful, and "planned" ship dates were repeatedly missed without explanation. Only after pushing was a small store credit offered.Mejuri continues to list the item for sale without disclosing known fulfillment delays—despite having no ability to deliver within the advertised timeline. Taking full payment under those conditions is not just unprofessional—it’s misleading.This reflects a lack of transparency, poor operational control, and minimal regard for customer experience.
Excellent customer service on a damaged item. I was so impressed as the necklace was a gift and i didn’t have a receipt. I sent pictures and the replacement approval was so quick and painless. As was the return and receipt of new necklace.August 2025
Have been buying from Mejuri for years and never had this issue. Mejuri got my return wrong and never credited my credit card, giving me refunded my credit instead which I never requested. Having sent 3 emails and 2 weeks later, still no response from Mejuri! Hopefully someone sees this and responds.
I have had great experiences in store with very helpful sales associates who really spent time assessing my personal style and making excellent recommendations. I also think the prices are reasonable for the quality and styles offered.I also like being able to check out pieces and their availability in my local store.
