Review Time
I placed an order for 4 items for over £260. They took the money but a few days later sent an automated email saying there were issues and they couldn’t tell me when it would be delivered, but that they’d be in touch again. This was a week ago and nothing since. I’ve emailed twice but just get an auto reply to say they are unusually busy and will reply in 5-6 business days?! Their email states I can cancel my order but when I log in that isn’t an option. On checking the status of my order it says it can’t be found and to contact them. I’d just like my money back now. These items were purchased for a birthday gift and they now won’t arrive in time. This is very poor service and for over £260 in value I’m left out of pocket and with no updates and now I’ll need to spend more money on my partners birthday by purchasing from elsewhere.
