Mejuris customer service is incredible! I bought my daughter a special ring for her 30th birthday that became tarnished within a year. She has multiple gold rings she’s had for decades — she even has a mejuri ring that’s lasted 5 — so it didn’t seem to be tied to her treatment of the ring. My daughter walked into one of the stores and they found the order and immediately exchanged it, even express shipping it.
