This person works in that store wow it has zero customer service at all. I can’t remember her name but she is the one that does piercings, I start ordering online because every time am there they are so frozen , they stand and staring at you like they have seen a cost,,no words just pure uncomfortable is what they give you.
I had a disappointing experience with Mejuri’s earring backings and their customer service. Shortly after purchasing, the butterfly backings fell off and were lost due to their poor design. When I reached out for a solution, customer service had no replacements in stock and advised me to buy standard-sized backings elsewhere, assuring me they would fit.However, after purchasing solid 14k gold backings from another retailer based on their advice, I found that they don’t fit my studs—the holes are too small. Since they are non-returnable due to hygiene policies, I am now left with no backings and a wasted purchase.This has been frustrating from start to finish. The original issue—backings that fall off too easily—was never properly addressed, and the advice I received led to an unnecessary expense with no resolution. I expected better quality and support from Mejuri
