I wanted to use my birthday reward to buy some silver hoops. I remembered that they were very well priced and budget friendly. I was ready to buy them until I noticed that the silver is now priced the same as the gold vermeil. Why are they the same price when they are a cheaper material? The fact that they were cheaper and now there is no longer a pricing difference tells me that Mejuri just got greedy and thought they could start upcharging. So much for transparent and fair pricing. Wasn't that the whole schtick that got you customers?
I love their jewelry and the quality. Their customer service is not great. I went to their “invitation only” in store event at 8pm only to wait in line for 30 mins and realize it’s the same sale that is happening the next day. I also waited over an hour and no one came and gave me the piece I was planning to buy (that I had requested from 2 sales people) so I left. Shopping online is the way to go.
Received ordered necklace. Packaging is very basic, a diamond came with no certificate, the quality of the maker's stamp/gold marking is very poor and the hardly could be read even with good zoom, you can actually see welding works as no one cares to polish them. I will leave it for your judgement.
I have bought several pieces from Mejuri and enjoyed the quality, recently however, I purchased a pair of 14k studs and I found the quality to be less than desirable. The backing of the earring was so incredibly small and so not substantial in weight and was very difficult to place on the stem of the earring. I was very disappointed. It so was nearly impossible to put the backing on the stud earring that I actually lost one of the earring from my ear shortly after purchase because after a struggle, the backing was still not on correctly. I paid good money for 14k, won’t buy again
