I sent in my diamond bracelet to have a simple clasp issue repaired. According to Mejuri’s own policy, if an item can’t be fixed and is still in stock, they’ll send a replacement. But instead, they processed a refund—even though the exact same bracelet was still listed for sale on their website. It was only after I emailed and raised the issue that they acknowledged the mistake and placed a new order.The replacement took a little over a month to arrive because it was custom made. When it finally came, I was really disappointed. While the certificate claimed the same total diamond carat weight, the design had clearly changed—the original had fewer, larger diamonds, while the new one used many smaller stones to make up the weight. Technically, it was as advertised, but it didn’t feel like the same bracelet.This wasn’t a small purchase, and I genuinely loved the original piece—I wore it every day until the clasp came loose from regular use. Unfortunately, the replacement just doesn’t feel the same, and I rarely wear it now. I’ve also been hesitant to contact customer service again, afraid they might replace it with something even more different. After this experience, I’m not sure I would purchase from Mejuri again.
I recently had an excellent experience with Mejuri customer service. Though my query was somewhat unusual, the responses - from different levels of customer service - were prompt, friendly and helpful. My issue was resolved quickly, and not two days later I have my new purchase in hand, professionally delivered on top of it all. I am now more excited than before to keep shopping at Mejuri.
Bought a Thin Dôme Ring in sterling silver. It was beautiful, HOWEVER and this is a big however - Despite storing in its pouch, amd polishing with the cloth given, somehow within three days of wear, it developed this scuff of sorts that just continued to expand over the coming days. See photos.Tried to submit a warranty claim only to be told that these swatches of damage are "normal wear and tear." I guess it would be "normal" if you were banging your ring with a hammer every day, but who's doing that. I have never had a sterling silver piece wear this way, and in less than a week too. Not worth the money at all.Will not be purchasing from Mejuri going forward and I don't recommend others do either. You can get less expensive, comparable pieces that will wear better and last longer (and probably have better warranty services too). Save your dollars.
