Review Time
After initially purchasing the premium memory wave system I accidentally a couple months later purchased the basic system. I immediately notified memory wave and was told to submit proof of the second purchase. Although I submitted the proof, I got the runaround with them asking me repeatedly to submit a form of proof out of several options. Long story short, I never got my $39 back and I'm extremely disappointed with the entire process. Ironically, I 'forgot' (after consistently using the $79 program for months), that I had purchased the system which is what led to my secondary purchase.
Scam. They advertise with a great image of a CD and headphones but all they send you is an email with a link to download the sound. No link is worth 39.00 US dollar. Plus you can download similar FOR FREE on YouTube. Once I got the email with the link to download this "product"(which took a couple of days after they got my payment) I requested my money back l. At that point they offered to send me a CD which I never received.
I couldn’t download it. The print is so small that it was impossible to read the directions. I’m not a computer person but my husband worked with computer issues from age 19-70. He can’t get it to work either. Then he told me to read the reviews. They are terrible.

The memory wave program is a non medical attempt to scam you out of your money. I purchased and then asked for my money back and ClickBank accepted snd told me it would take about a week. It was overridden by someone named John, who offered me 50% back. It’s a sham, scam and they should be on the lam
This program did nothing for me. When trying to connect with the memory wave support site the screen locks up. I have tried to delete the program and have been unable to locate it in my computer, SCAM This is a HOAX an Dr (???) Rivers should be in jail.
DR JAMES RIVERSI purchased an audio/digital memorywave and memory code on the 16TH FEBRUARY 2025, (via links AFTER watching a LENGTHY video by DR JAMES RIVERS.The memory wave (which is a 13 MINUTE audio download plus digital downloads) and code was advertised at $49 and $59( dollars)I was charged £144.21( pounds) in total. I also found this very misleading as it shows a CD on their video/email advertisements. This product is focused on the MEMORY LOSS for the over 50s. Many people at this age are vulnerable, as your health, especially MEMORY deteriorates as you get older. I feel this company try to take full advantage of that. They said the memory wave was $97 dollars. I was charged £102.86 pound.The 3rd product they advertise is $97 dollars.(which still doesn't total to £102.86) pound. Which I abruptly came out of the video at this point. I emailed to say this was incorrect( my memory is not that bad!)They re-sent me a video but I told them I was not prepared to watch the lengthy video again......There was also no need as I knew the prices of each product. The most crucial issue here as a customer is you don't have tangle proof after the fact, only your MEMORY as ALL the products are purchased AFTER a LENGHTY VIDEO simultaneously, telling you to CLICK the LINK below within a LIMITED TIME.TOTALLY UNAWARE OF ANY HIDDEN COSTS!!!!!!!I contacted PAYPAL who filed a complaint. And told me to contact the merchants.On a positive note! I did received a FULL REFUND. Thank God for PAYPAL.
