You will be exhausted for trying to solve the issue, which cannot be solved.They will reply at the beginning, but will ignore you at some point keeping the money in their pockets.

Beware,subscription con artists

Stay away,I placed an order and they began taking a quarterly subscription without my knowledge.I have repeatedly tried contacting them only to receive automated reply’s. A nightmare company nothing better than con men.

It's a scam, I bought an electric razor and after a month I saw it on aliexpress at half the price without the brand logo. They buy it on aliexpress and sell it for double.

FRAUD!!

FRAUD!!! I’ve ordered in November 2021, the delivery took AGES and I’ve asked to cancel as I was leaving the country, their customer service is lame and only share pre-written messages. I never received the item and now, March 2022 I received charges on my card….. I’ve never placed an order! FRAUD! Why do they save credit card details???? #fraud

I love the packaging

I love the packaging! The razor has great quality and is able to be charged. I've trimmed my hair with it and it worked even better than I thought. Am very happy that I gave it a try and placed the order!

Horrible

Horrible. I ordered $82 for their shaver. They said it would ship within 8 days, after 8 days, I received a notification informing me that they were late so they gave me a miserable $5 gift card. After almost 3 weeks I haven't received a shipping notification. So, I sent them not one, but few emails asking them to cancel my order and refund them. Haven't heard anything from them yet. Avoid, avoid!
