I used first time yesterday. It's good to shave chest and lower legs area but 100% not for shaving balls... Tried and cut myself so if you buy just becaurfull as is not as good as the rewiews are. Overall its avrige product and not what I was expecting from it.. 3out of 5 stars.
Wow- The benefit of realizing self-care tools should be gender-neutral! I am blown away by this. It was so quick and easy and fancy-looking, I don’t think I’ll ever use anything else again to groom myself. I’m all for promoting that men improve their hygiene and hair-trimming processes, but really as a female using this I am a little bitter that trimmers like these were hidden for so long from women (or all people)!I got the sage color and it is great. Quick, easily charged, easily cleaned.
The products I purchased were fantastic. However, dealing with customer service was an awful ride of an experience as there is no phone number and relying on emails is not as prompt. It took closer to two months for me to actually receive my correct order and the frustration could have been quelled if there were responses in either a live chat or phone call. Instead it was days between responses, then new hoops to jump through to prove my original package was in fact stolen.
They were super nice and very easy to reach, my product came a few days ahead of scheduled and when I lost my charger a few weeks later they sent me a new replacement for free. Super nice staff and the trimmer is just perfect too, I haven't been nicked once.
This razor is pretty in the green but it functions just like an average razor. I've used mine twice and both times got nicks (with blood). The two sizes for length are inadequate: for me even the shortest is too long. It's also more expensive than an average razor. Only buy it if you're really, really, really invested in having a matte green razor...
