I tell you my history, I bought the complete kit, they sent me the order number and track, unfortunately due to some mistake it never arrived, after several days I made the corresponding claim, without inconvenience they loaded another order and it arrived in less than a week, I already used the kit and it is spectacular. Thank you so much
Absolutely no different to a standard trimmer - it nicked me a number of times on first usage - which makes it absolutely pointless given that its USP is supposed to be how it's safer to use.Save your money and buy a cheaper alternative, or just use a razor if you want a close trim. I cannot emphasize enough how basic this product is - no difference whatsoever to my £15 body trimmer!
I had a question about my order, so I sent an email to customer service. Within a few hours, I had my question answered! Very friendly and quick customer support! I just ordered today, so I haven’t used the product yet but I couldn’t be more excited!
I would also like to give zero stars and I haven't even received the product. Purchased and paid 5/12/21. Today is 7/01/22 and still no sign of it. The quickest part was them. Taking my money. Contacted customer service which took many days for a reply. They would like to send another 1 then charge me again. Then get a refund later if both arrive. Absolute joke as I read the return and refund page and it is super complicated and would take ages to get one of at all. I'd advise shopping around as many options available. I have read many of the reviews and they look fake. BEWARE of these guys. Scam alert!
If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. This company is a scam - no other way to describe it. Terrible customer service, no acknowledgment or apology for their terrible logistics and delivery (sending international packages without declaring what's inside them and then leaving the customers to haggle with customs clearance and pay penalty fees). I have exchanged 16 emails with them so far and they take a minimum of 5-6 days to respond to each of my emails. Save yourself time, energy and mental peace and don't buy this product.
