Review Time
If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order on 2/4/22 it's 10 days later and I've still yet to received a confirmation email that it's been shipped. I did however, receive and email a week after I ordered my product asking me to fill out a survey on how I enjoyed it and to give a review of it. Upon receiving this email I emailed them asking where my shipping confirmation email was as my card had been charged. No response to my email (that was 3 days ago). I so messaged them on Chat today - chat was a robot telling me I could expect to hear from someone via email in 1-3 business days. There is no way to contact them by phone. Charging someone's CC before an item has shipped is wrong. Not allowing your customers to contact you is not ok. Gatekeeping forms of communication from people who's money you have taken is not only bad business but it sows signs of distrust. After reading several reviews I am not confident I will receive my product. They state it takes 4-8 business days for a product to ship. Tomorrow will be day 8 and I've not only not gotten a response to my emails or Instant Chat messages, my cards is out $80, and I have not guarantee my product has shipped or will ever ship.
LAST EDIT: Finallyy got a response this morning (3/3) after they said they would look into it (2/24) and i had to message them on instagram last night as there was no response to my follow up email I sent on Monday. They have issued a refund (today) as after two deliveries the "courier has lost track of" they dont think it would work again so its just no product for me. To be clear it's the NJ warehouse and I'm only in RI I'm not far away or anything like that. I am more upset that after last week's email they were "looking into it" and then silence. No reply to my follow up email and that I had to go to Instagram to get a response. I honestly believe if I didnt send the message on Instagram they would have kept my money and said nothing. I no longer feel bad for minimal stars, I shouldn't have to go to Insta to remind the email team they have a customer with a problem. Anyone know a great trimmer product thats not Meridian?? Lol EDIT: after sending out my replacement order on the 12th, neither product has arrived, nor has the shipping status changed at all they both still say usps is awaiting item. (I believe it was shipped from the NJ warehouse) I let them know on the 23rd that neither had arrived nor gotten to usps and they responded I think the next morning apologizing and saying they would look into it and asked me to verify my shipping address which I did and I have not heard anything back since. Started as 5 star for great customer service, listening and trying to send a replacement down to 3 because I feel bad doing any lower :/ I'm just going to get another brand or something at this rate because I don't think anything from their NJ warehouse will get to me at this point. I have tried many in the past but they never seemed to last long so hoping for better here! I had an issue where my order left the warehouse and then usps never received it, so it was out of meridians hands but also out of USPS hands. I was stuck and frustrated. I was originally told I had to wait until the end of the month to see if it came in when I had ordered it on the first. For something with 3 to 7 day delivery I didn’t think that was fair. They decided to remedy it by sending me a replacement now and if I receive two that I send one back to them which I thought was very fair seeing as I have no need for two of them lol. So far so good I have had good experiences with their customer support team!
It's an okay razor, but that's about it. I ordered the sage green razor, and was really happy with how quickly it was delivered, but I discovered right off the bat that the "no-nick" technology was way oversold. I told myself I'd use it for a month before I left a review, and maybe I'd figure out a better way to maneuver it so that I wouldn't keep getting cut, but I've caught my skin in it every time I've used it so far. It also leaves more stubble below the belt than I'd prefer, but if that were my only problem with it I wouldn't take issue.
