After my razor broke (likely due to my own negligence honestly), I reached out to Meridian’s customer service. They very quickly got back to me. Because of the warranty period, they were able to send me a replacement, and they did it quick. The razor itself works GREAT, is easy to clean, and simple to use. Great product and great service.
The company itself is great, super efficient with shipping, communication, and it’s really easy to modify or cancel your subscription. The products I’ve tried are the shaver and spray, and I used the subscription to restock on both. It’s a great set up, just not sure the products are for me. I had a different brand of electric shaver and oils before that I feel worked better for me personally, so I’ll likely be switching back.
Ordered a shaver over 1 year ago. It broke within warranty and customer service was good and sent a replacement. Now, the replacement has also broken within 6 months and the customer service said its not covered. This second shaver is 6 months old and completely dead. I would not recommend this product.
