Amazing product and customer service.We love this trimmer, best I've ever used! Unfortunately it malfunctioned after 6 months, but being within the 1 year warranty my claim was processed straight away! Not so patiently waiting for the replacement to arrive now 😅
I love this trimmer for many reasons. 1. It is water proof. Being able to shave in the shower is incredible especially since I use it to shave my head. Messy clean up is gone. 2. It shaves close, but no issues with nicks, etc. 3. The battery lasts forever. (ok not forever, but I only charge it every few months and I shave my head weekly).
They advertise this is for women, but it's not. You will not get a smooth shave, it doesn't do 'bare' as they advertise it will. It's also hard to return - I'm having to send it back to the Netherlands from the UK. They customer service bot on their website is useless too.
My experience was really very good. Years ago I bought the classic trimmer and its results were excellent. Now I bought the new one. The plus since I am a fan of the brand. Really, for those of us who like to be shaved, it is the best option. The battery is long lasting. And it does not damage the skin. I highly recommend it!
I really didn’t appreciate the automatic charge to my account and the unwillingness of the customer service team to remedy it. The trimmer is not very good so I haven’t been using it at all. It is hard to grip and doesn’t give any sort of a good shave. Now I have another blade coming and I’ll have to pay for shipping both ways. Horrible
