Shaver broken and replacement broken too

Ordered a shaver over 1 year ago. It broke within warranty and customer service was good and sent a replacement. Now, the replacement has also broken within 6 months and the customer service said its not covered. This second shaver is 6 months old and completely dead. I would not recommend this product.

Address Change

I requested delivery to my old address on accident, and realized after confirming payment. I got the OG razor over 4 years ago, and just lost the charging cord to my cat. I sent off a quick email explaining which address I wanted used, and by the next day I had 3 emails in my inbox. The first acknowledged the email, the next was an associate telling me they'd handle the problem, and the final was to tell me the shipping and tracking had been updated. Equally excellent customer service and products.

Easy to use and good quality

This is my first trimmer ever so I won’t be able to compare it. However, I had a really positive first experience! It’s very lightweight and pretty quiet too which is super important to me. It’s so easy to use, trims well and does not irritate skin at all. Would definitely recommend!

Love the trimmer and staff

Love the trimmer, it's much more silent then my old one. After almost a year of good use a problem occured. I contacted the company and they swiftly send me a replacement. Very kind staff as well.

Quick and easy customer service

Quick and easy customer service. I recently placed an order and realized I messed up my shipping address. Their team (Joselyn S.) was super helpful in correcting the address and shipping out a new order at no additional expense. I've had my razor for about 2 years now and have had no issues!

Misleading customers

The machine is good, but the company purchase policy is misleading to its customers. I made a purchase of the trimmer and after 1 month I received a confirmation for another order without my notice. It’s a hidden default option in their website where they subscribe you without your notice in another purchases.
