Bloody hell the worst service I've ever seen I ordered it after it says it would be between 2 to 5 day shipping. 3 days it took them to process the order. The next day they wrote looking for inventory then the following day they packed it saying shipped on the 5th. We are the 10th with no response no shipping details.
No transparency now the website state order today and get by 12 to 15.

Overall, while the website is functional, it lacks user-friendliness, and the customer support response is very slow. Many users mention that communication is a significant issue. Why 4 stars? I received the phone I wanted at an "affordable" price within 8 days of ordering. The pickup location seemed suspicious (they could have provided a description of the building on the website), but I did receive the phone in excellent condition. They provided the wrong adapter for this type of charger, but that's a minor detail.
The seller is not in Canada; they are located in China, making communication very challenging. After ordering a cell phone, I faced numerous excuses for shipping delays: they didn't have the right color, changed colors, and finally, after 12 days of unfulfilled promises, I requested a refund. They claimed they would ship it on the thirteenth day, but I no longer believe them. I am insisting on a refund. I inquired about the refund timeline through their customer support, but they ignored my question. Avoid this website! The cell was eventually refunded following this review, which is why I raised my rating from 1 star to 2 stars.
