Update: The boots finally arrived. I still would not purchase from this company based on the shipping and customer service experience I received. BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a pair of boots 9/10 for my granddaughter. My confirmation email said my item would be delivered by 10/9. To date, item is still not delivered and the tracking number the company sends is no good. They can’t tell me where the item is nor when it will get here. DO NOT purchase from this company.

As with others I am seeing on this board, I placed an order for a Halloween costume over a month ago and am seeing no information on tracking- we received an accessory, but the dress itself is “unknown”. At $70 I would have expected much better. Hoping they can make it right asap so I don’t have to make other costume plans.Update- after submitting this review my dress was shipped; however it was not as advertised. It was intended to be a halter with a sash and flowers at the top of the dress; the dress delivered was a tube top with the sash detached. Upon initiating my return, I was notified I would only be eligible for store credit, and couldn’t get a refund. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the false advertising of this company- feels like a money grab.
They claimed that my order was fufilled and they only sent me the shoes and NOT my costume which is still being processed after 3 1/2 weeks. This is unacceptable. Don’t allow this company to ruin your child’s Halloween because they don’t follow through with their promised delivery dates.

I placed an order September 9th with a guaranteed delivery by 20 business days later. That would've been October 9th. I have inquired time and time again and they said it's "partially fulfilled" and sent a bogus tracking number that doesn't work. When I contact them to inquire where is the order and when the rest of the order will ship, I get a ridiculous reply sending me the same tracking number for the items that they claim have been shipped. The bulk of the order, however, remains not shipped. There's a reason I ordered Halloween costumes that far in advance. They claim they'll deliver "on or before Halloween" now but that's not what I signed up for on SEPTEMBER 9th! A delivery "on or before Halloween" doesn't help as my kids have several halloween things to attend WELL BEFORE the 31st. I'm never buying from these people again and unless the items arrive in the next 5 days will have to procure new costumes. What a joke of a business.
