While they have beautiful dresses, make sure you order over a month in advance. I placed an order for a holiday dress. It wasn’t till I paid that it said “in production” the estimated shipping date was 5 days from order. But when that passed and I reached out it wasn’t even close to being finished being made and or shipped and the holiday would be well past by the time we ever got it. I will say customer services was prompt to answer and very polite.But polite doesn’t put your kid in a dress for a holiday ball. It should say on their site shipping in 4-5 weeks from order. Not just leave people waiting and take their money instantly leaving them to scramble last min.
