I only shop from here only because it is great quality clothing that has lost my daughter through years. This wasn’t my first purchase, but I believe this was one of the purchases that I got for December for her photo shoot that got put on the front of a magazine. I truly believe That if you get quality clothing that you should pay not outrageous prices and that’s what’s best about this site is that they have so many discounts and these clothes last for at least two seasons highly recommend the clothing here. I’ve never gone wrong and got nothing but compliments.
As soon as I ordered some dresses for my granddaughter within seconds, I realized it defaulted to the order I placed previously. I tried numerous times to contact them without any response. My fault for not checking before it defaulted to the first orders address but their customer service response or lack of is horrible. I now have to drive 100 miles to pick it up and reship it! Four days after placing the order, their response was sorry we understand but it has been shipped!!! Terrible customer service!!!

I really think a lot of these reviews are fake. They have horrible customer service with equally horrible quality items. I can get the same on Shein for much less. Good luck reaching customer service if you need to; they ignore emails. They also don’t disclose when an item is a pre-order and will surprise you with that one week later with an email. They won’t even respond to my emails giving me a RMA number to return. Now I’m stuck with a cheap quality dress that no one will be wearing.

I ordered the first time and I knew 2 of the items I ordered were pre orders. Stated they would ship mid December. After ordering I was notified that it now won’t ship until after the new year. So there goes the Christmas gifts. The head band I ordered took 2 weeks to receive. No big deal on that since it arrived before the holiday. But it had glue all over it! So poorly made. If my daughter didn’t freak out to wear it I would have sent it back. I had to personally clean it up and make it look good. Decided to give them a second chance. Ordered something that on their site says “ships next day” currently going on 4 days and no shipment at all. So once again, most likely won’t receive it for my daughter’s Christmas concert. Their customer service takes forever to respond. The first time I reached out, I had to resend the message. I’m actually still waiting for a response from them from an email I sent over a week ago. I won’t waste my money on this company again. They are quick to take your money and so slow to get you the stuff or even care to respond. Such a shame because the stuff they post is so cute!!!Update: the company responds here way quicker than to their business email.
