Horrible shopping experience

Had such a bad experience shopping here I purchased a prada sun glass that cost £287 after two wears the glasses became defective which is weird ,contacted customer service they advised they couldn’t do anything about it ,mind you this glasses is still under warranty ,after much back and forth they asked me to pay another £75 for shipping so they can ask roads for a swap , I have now paid that fee making it a total of £362 still haven’t got the new sunnies this has been one of the most horrible shopping experience ever definitely not worth it al alllllllll!!!!!!

Dont buy at this website. No package. No refund.

If I can, I would rate 0 star for both Mia Burton and FedEx (Negative rating for FedEx if allowed). My order (MB-1742768421112) was placed on 3/23/25. The pair of glasses was not shipped until 4/11/2025. It was fine as long as it could arrive before my vacation in late April. It NEVER arrived. The package got hold at customs for weeks...not until I return from vacation and later emailed Mia Burton and FedEx. The package got released on 5/1 from FedEx Memphis hub...and then it went LOST!!! I contacted Mia Burton to request a refund. I even showed the FedEx email that they admitted the package got lost. Nothing happened. The only response I got is that Mia Burton needs to file a claim with FedEx. The refund process is still ongoing after weeks, and after numerous emails. I was never contacted by them proactively. It is always me asking for the status of the order, the shipment and the refund. Extremely disappointed on such customer service!!!

Exactly as ordered

The eyeglasses are of excellent quality, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Although the shipping took a bit longer than expected, customer service was very responsive and kept me informed throughout, so I always knew what to expect.

The package was marked as delivered, but never arrived. I had to buy a replacement at my own expense, as it was meant to be a gift. The refund process is still ongoing after weeks, and now delivery staff are being sent to my home, trying to pressure me into signing documents.This is absolutely not how service should treat its customers.I would not recommend shopping here to anyone at all. Extremely disappointing experience.

Very pleased with my new sunglasses

Very pleased with my new sunglasses. Although the despatch time was a little slow (2 weeks), the delivery time was amazingly fast, sunglasses turned up 2 days later to England! Happy customer.

Product is great if prepared to wait.

Product is great when it eventually arrived. I ordered the glasses on 13 April, with an estimated delivery date of 24-29 April. This is quite a slow delivery time, but willing to accept based on price. Notification of a delay to delivery arrived on 23rd with no new estimate. They arrived on the 6th May. It took 23 days.
