This company is a complete joke. The glasses looked decent in the photos, but what I received was flimsy, low-quality junk that felt like it would snap in a week. The prescription was slightly off, and the frames were crooked right out of the box. For what I paid, I expected at least basic quality control—apparently, that's too much to ask.And don’t bother trying to get help. There’s no real customer service—just an AI chatbot that repeats the same copy-pasted nonsense no matter what you ask. It’s like talking to a wall.This company clearly cuts corners at every level—from materials to service. Save yourself the frustration and buy from literally anywhere else.
I am incredibly frustrated to be writing a second review. It's been over a month since I placed order #744002485724 for glasses, and they still haven't even been dispatched! I was given false hope over a week ago with an email promising next-day dispatch and a tracking number that never came. Now, I'm over £200 out of pocket and can't even get a response to my emails. This feels like a complete scam. Please do not trust the positive reviews – order at your own risk. I am reporting this to the appropriate consumer protection agency.
I was devastated when I lost my favorite pair of Prada frames. I looked everywhere and found Mia Burton, an authorized Prada reseller. The shipping took a little longer than expected, but once my glasses arrived, they were perfect with all authentication marks and signs. I was so happy to have my frames back. Highly Recommend!
I placed an order for prescription eyeglasses with custom lenses from Mia Burton on April 3rd, 2025, at a cost of $611.50 CAD. The item was shipped on April 16th, and I tracked the parcel until it stopped updating at the FedEx Memphis Hub on April 22nd.After contacting FedEx, I was first told the package was missing, then later that it had been damaged. FedEx informed me that there was nothing they could do on my end and that only the sender (Mia Burton) could file a claim.Since then, I have been in contact with Mia Burton multiple times, and all I’ve received are vague reassurances that they are “waiting for answers from FedEx.” It has now been nearly a month, and I am still without my glasses — which I urgently need — and out over $600.This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I have received no resolution, no update, and no accountability. I am demanding a full refund immediately.I am hoping that this comment will make the company take action and finally issue my refund. Enough is enough.
