Review Time
I got a pair of sunglasses much cheaper than on other websites. They said they would be delivered in about 10 days. After 10 days I received no news, so I contacted support who responded IMMEDIATELY. They even offered me a refund if my plans changed. Finally, 23 days after I placed the order, it was shipped via DHL Express. So overall a good experience, just the waiting time made me worry if this is a scam.
Sunglasses arrived 1 week later (after waiting for 2 weeks for my order to be processed) than I was told they would arrived. However they arrived safely and I was somewhat kept informed. If you plan on purchasing from this brand and need it for an event that’s coming up, make sure to add an extra week or two as their processing time is unnecessarily long and delivery takes another week to arrive!

I placed an order on March 12, with delivery expected between March 26 and 28. I was later informed that there would be another week of delay. I had to cancel the order. Truly unprofessional. It was supposed to be a gift for March 30, and now I’m left looking bad. God created the world in 7 days, and here in 2025, we have to wait almost a month for a pair of sunglasses. You should be grateful that people choose your company, and instead, this is the treatment we get. Definitely to be avoided.”
When I ordered from this company, I was dubious as I hadn’t heard of them before. I needn’t have worried, as even though delivery was just over a week late, I am delighted with my purchase. Packaging is beautiful, as are the glasses. When I emailed to query late delivery, replies were prompt. I would highly recommend this company.
