Great price, great product, and superb service. The manufacturing and delivery was lightning quick. A lady called Georgia handled a query I had after purchasing online super promptly and with excellent customer service. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends.
The prices for the frames were the cheapest I could find on the internet. However the delivery times are very long. This is because the frames are not in stock but sourced when the order is put through. This should be made clear on the website but they fail to mention it as they know customers would probably go elsewhere.
Placed an order on 5th March. It’s the 24th March and still no delivery, no regular updates, no tracking code, the order hasn’t even left their warehouse. Emailed customer service and got no reply..however, they seem to respond on here. You can’t message on ig and the website bot provides no assistance to your matter. The wait time and no updates is unacceptable considering I bought a “quick ship” item. I’m expecting customer service to reply to me immediately via email after reading this review to resolve!
