Review Time
Took a long time to process and was delivered over a week late, but communication was very clear and all my questions were answered. Unfortunately I am returning my frames but that’s simply because they don’t fit me. Otherwise the entire experience was good, legit products were sent to me and I was happy with the company!
I will give Full five star, but with some concerns, as I had ordered it from UAE the delivery time took a bit long as it exceeded the said delivery date. well reason I don't know but still when ever I use to mail them they were quick to respond me, the item received was well packed and was genuine.Thanks
Good service, nice glasses, great customer service per email. However, it said that the glasses will be deliver next week. It then surprisingly arrived 3 days earlier. I received a message from dpd on WhatsApp which was great. But still, they should update the delivery status, so I can always see the exact date of delivery.The glasses came with a cloth and a small spray from Mia Burton to clean the glasses, which was really nice!
Absolutely fabulous and so pleased with my purchase! Ordered some JIMMY CHOO sunglasses that were a great price compared to other websites. Superb packaging and beautifully put together. My only slight issue was the delay. They were delayed by approximately 2 weeks. Wasn’t concerned as such as I ordered them in plenty of time. My advice - order from Mia Burton but allow yourself extra time for delivery. Overall I’m very pleased.
