Since this contract has started, I've had both good and bad experiences with office staff, some care some don't.However, when we have staff members such as David visit to install equipment, one is blown over by the decency, the professionalism and integrity. On behalf of my wife's family I wish to give praise to Millbrook healthcare. Having rang on a Saturday ( normally closed ) with an urgent request, we had a reply straight away with immediate assistance for a hospital style bed. The gentlemen who turned up was a real star. He set up the bed in no time at all, positioned it & went through the operational procedures. Under pressure & by himself, we wish to give him as much praise as possible & in doing so hope the company will pass on our gratitude for his professional approach. This is not the first time we have used this service & on each occasion have always delivered the service you would expect, thank you.
I cannot praise Millbrook's East Sussex service highly enough, and in particular their installation engineer David who helped us so brilliantly with our parents in Ferring this week.If anyone from Millbrook Littlehampton sees this, PLEASE make sure you buy that man a drink at the Christmas party and thank him for us!
Absolutely disgraceful customer service at the Northampton branch changed my collection without any notification and changed it to tomorrow even though I had explained I couldn't do that day did they care no they didn't. Please give DONNA some training rude and unhelpful
Millbrook HealthcareDisgraceful service in Devon branch.Waited all day for a collection that never happened, just put a card through an empty house! Made aware that mum had passed. Read paperwork! Arranged another collection this also didn’t happen although two phone calls assured me job still live your driver is Jordon he will be with you. Contacted head office on Tuesday … press this press that to get no answer! Rang again and chose the sales team. Spoke to a woman called Jane who I really thought was going to help meBut here I am on Friday none the wiserStarted on 10th September Have emailed with my mob number 2 hours ago no callNow almost 8pm Still no call so I guess that’s it till Monday!Absolute shambles! Saturday still nothing, do a survey on millbrook web site and half hour later my phone rings finally I go to answer they put phone down didn’t even have time to say hello. Think they just phoned so they could say they did.
Wow what a terrible company, people at the end of the phone don't listen or get it right. Key safe fitted, which went wrong, so finally they came out to fit a new one, but this too was faulty, guy said it must be the whole batch and they didn't have another batch in stock, but would call when they did, he said he couldn't remove it as it would damage the wall. They didn't seem bothered the carers couldn't get in, so we brought our own and fitted it. Then asked them to come and remove the faulty one. A guy visited brought a silly screwdriver to prize it off the wall, my son told him that wouldn't work, so the faulty keysafe was left on the wall. My husband was able to remove this with no damage to the keysafe or the wall. I then phone Millbrook as I wanted then to take the faulty key safe away before they slapped a charge for using their equipment but I gave up the guy on the phone was so bloody rude I terminated the call,telling him I was doing so. What a shoddy company, there is nothing nice about them. If I could rate the minus I would, my advice is to stay clear they are hassle.
Awful customer service, technician arrived last Friday without the equipment my son needed after spinal surgery, the call centre blamed his occupational therapist for not putting it on the order. Expected a redelivery Monday but that never happened. It was scheduled for today - Wednesday - but had a call at 9am saying the driver was 'ill'. After telling then this was unacceptable, they agreed to the delivery. I called at noon, and it was confirmed that the equipment would be delivered between 8am and 6pm with a 30 minute notice - nothing has arrived.I can't understand why the NHS uses this company, just look at all the bad reviews it has!
Only gave one star as cannot give less. Shocking company, as a care coordinator I have to attempt to deal with Millbrook regularly… can we ever get through to speak to anyone… NO! No email address to contact either! You clearly cannot cope with volume of people that rely on your service and should consider selling on your contract!
