Lovely helpful staff. Had a 'buy to go' receipt from Dec 22 which I had lost. Explained this to Alan staff on the phone. He reassured me all would be OK. Visited the store (St Johns precinct L'Pool ) ( on 6/12/23 and was served by Janine. Picking a replacement wedding ring for my wife. What a pleasant experience this was ....Janine was extremely patient, helpful and of course knowledgeable on all things ladies rings. My wife was delighted with the purchase . Will no doubt return in the future. Thank you Miltons.....

I went to Milton and felt so at ease The lady that dealt with me was called Rachel. She was so lovely and nothing was a problem. Explained everything to me. I explained to her that it was my 50th wedding anniversary. She was so lovely and explaining every detail of the ring. it was the Miltons in the present Liverpool. I also went to the Milton iin Liverpool the lady, was very helpful, but I still wasn’t sure . when I met Rachel, she was so understanding and made me feel at ease. It wasn’t a lot of money to some people but it is a lot to me and my husband just to let you know you have wonderful stuff and that are very experienced in what they do, I would like to thank everybody and especially Rachel also they gave us a bottle of champagne which was very nice of them. I want to say that Andrew the manager was amazing,I was over the moon with the ring that Andrew had made for me.Nothing was to much trouble,and what was nice I didn’t feel like I was under any pressure to buy.I found all the staff was very friendly especially Andrew ,I wound definitely recommend Milton Chester.
