Great experience from the moment my husband and I walked in the door. The online response prior to my appointment booking was also excellent, thanks to Michael. All of the staff we encountered were polite & welcoming. Pauline’s customer service was superb, I explained I was only looking and she reassured me there was no pressure to buy. Her knowledge was exceptional and she was good fun, we had over an hour with her trying on a number of watches. I went in looking at a Rolex & left buying a pair of diamond earrings ! Her customer service was so good I am going back for the Rolex watch - deposit paid . I will be recommending Milton’s . Thanks to all the staff in St John’s and Church street .

I had a lovely Experience in the Birkenhead Miltons store, Mark and Lena were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. They assisted me with any questions I had and it felt like a luxury service. I was shown different pieces and nothing was too much to ask which made me feel so comfortable as I wanted to pick the item for me. I was beyond happy when I left the store, the item was packaged beautifully. For this reason I would absolutely go back again purely because of how kind the employees were. Couldn’t recommend more they are both diamonds and a credit to represent the store <3
