The entire staff are helpful, thoughtful and highly professional with Stuart in particular being a joy to deal with. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Resizing carried out while we shopped, great product knowledge and always happy to help. We will definitely return. Many, many thanks. Visited this shop today in Chester to sell some jewellery and precious stones. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Great advice given and Ian went out of his way to help me identify the precious stones we had. A very professional and clearly very knowledgable jewellers. Thanks again for your help. Unfortunately I needed to raise funds as my car needed major works and I took my 50 year old charm bracelet to be valued. The bracelet hadn't been worn for several years but it had so many memories. I appreciate the staff's kindness and the value of my bracelet covered the cost of the repairs. I thought the staff were kind and professional and I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service.Had my ankle bracelet repaired. It was done quickly. I've been here before for watch batteries and was always impressed with the service. Will definitely go back again and get him to do a custom earrings for me. Very happy with the friendly service in the Milton Mall.

Having bought a high value Rolex from Miltons a few years ago and found the whole process faultless and totally professional, I have since had other Rolex watches serviced with Miltons. They go out of their way to help me and the advice from owner Heywood Milton is second to none. Living in Surrey I find London Rolex agents both overpriced and offhand, and would recommend Miltons even if you need to travel to get there. A pleasure to deal with.
