Have now bought two items of jewellery from this store. The service received on both occasions has been excellent. The items are beautifully packaged and a written valuation for insurance purposes is usually received within a couple of days.The quality of their jewellery is both excellent and exceptionally good value if purchasing pre-loved items.Can recommend Miltons Jewellers highly.
Wow, really S S Miltons of Chester Wow.I visited today 18th December 2020 following weeks of walking past and checking out their window displays.I hoped to locate a ring for my partner that was exceptional and Diamonds.The shop was very busy, only a couple and masked but I wanted to call whilst stood outside. The chap answered the phone, nice man and I explained I was OK outside but could they tell me the size of the ring I liked in the window.A lady come over to the window and we smiled as she got hold of the beautiful ring.I was invited in and I was the only customer as the others had just left.Wow! It was not just the fact I wanted to ring, thr young man serving me was super helpful and friendly.The lady by the door was wonderful and so supportive with my questions, really made me feel at home.I like quality used jewelry as you can save thousands of pounds! And I did! So impressed and because the staff created a welcoming experience I just had to have the Diamond Ring! The refraction of light through the diamons was just lovely and full of colour.I am looking forward to collecting the ring and wrapping it for my partners Xmas gift.Anyone reading this , seriously please consider visiting, I had to visit a few times and thankfully someone had offered S S Milton the chance to purchase the ring helping that customer.Now the ring will be loved and looked after.So very happy with how I've been treated today. Not judged, just really friendly helpful staff and I will be back again to choose a ring for me next time. Suoer happy and all who read this abd wish to save thousands please visit! Also the Xmas lights in Chester looked lovely.Thanks for a wonderful experience

Just had to write this review about the service I have received by the the wonderful guys at Miltons Church Street branch (Liverpool). From my very first communication by email to Nick Bailey to the professional and helpful customer service by Laura. I had originally seen a beautiful diamond ring on their website and emailed Nick for further information, within a couple of hours he had gave me all the answers to my questions and believed me there were lots:). Nick kindly put the ring aside for me, when I arrived at the branch I was greeted by Laura who was so helpful and friendly also, had excellent product knowledge. I eventually chose a different ring that was shown to me by Laura. So I just want to say thank you for everything in these days people are quick to report the negative and not the positive. Keep up the good work and keep smiling!!
