Popped into Milton’s jewellers in St John’s precinct today to look at some tennis bracelets. I was helped by Janine who showed me some tennis bracelets. Rachel in St John’s was really helpful and patient. She found lots of rings for my wife to look at and must have spent the best part of an hour doing so. My wife eventually settled on one that needed some slight alteration. Rachel checked this could happen and rang us to confirm that it could. A really pleasant, very patient and helpful lady.
