Milton's St Johns Liverpool. I came in the store about 6 weeks ago after the passing of my beautiful mum. I was buying my last gift off her which was quite an emotional time for me. Rachel was the assistant that helped me choose a diamond cluster ring for myself and 2 diamond eternity rings for my daughters. Rachel was patient and so helpful and so nice she made my experience at the store as pleasant as it could be for me at this time. I would like to say a big thank you to Rachel for her patience and kindness that she showed me. She is a credit to your shop.

U get the lot - Knowledge, professionalism, efficiency - all delivered with a personal touch.

With their strict policy, shopping at Milton Jewellers meant my having to travel from France, to personally collect any item I wish to purchase. But the assistance and support from Milton Jewellers prior to each visit have made every journey enjoyable and worthwhile. The manager at their Liverpool Store, Mr Nick Bailey, responds timely and professionally to every email enquiry I make prior to my visits, no matter how trivial or irrelevant. On one occasion, when I was all booked to travel by train from London to Chester to pay for and collect a diamond ring, I was told at the 11th hour, that they could not resize the ring for me. On closer examination, the store discovered that it had already been resized once before. At this stage, I have come to trust Mr Bailey sufficiently, so that Milton Jewellers could easily have sold me a lump of plastic and billed me for a 1 carat diamond ring. 😂I was very touched by their honesty. Recently I was at their Chester store to pay for and collect another 2 items. When my M&S Credit card was repeatedly declined, there was not the slightest awkwardness from the staff. Only concern and willingness to help. As pubs and fish and chip shops are closing down in every town, let's hope this enchanting family run business continues to service those of us who want to own some of that bling, but cannot afford to do our everyday shopping at Cartier or Boodles. NB: And if you are lucky enough to get a valuation for your item, it is a well structured forensic document detailing every aspect of your item. Not just 3 lines on an A4 sheet of paper.

My husband and I bought a ring from the lovely Sharon today. She was so friendly and kind. Even gave us a bottle of wine to take away as I had to leave the ring there to be sized. A very thoughtful gesture.
