Gutted guys

Gutted guys. Contacted u in September due to severe bullying at work but don't really get a response. October 21st I suffer a massive stroke related to why I contacted you in the first place. I make contact again for help and get told we hope this didn't leave you too ill. I have sent these onto a third party I'm truly gutted never thought you would let me down.

Would give zero

Would give zero. As for zero empathy or care same all the helplines bar beat. These aren’t hear you help you. They are here to make money off others misery. They couldn’t care less about anyone. Had a good experience now bad experience. The world is now a cold place.

Gaslighting

If someone become depressed or suicidal because the DWP is threatening them with poverty, hunger and homelessness - and if, in their despair they phone MIND for help, they will be gaslighted and their distress pathologised - they will be advised to seek talking therapies or medication. This is gaslighting to separate symptoms from the cause and to conceal the problem (threats of poverty by Government policy). This protects the Government who also funds MIND. Samaritans gaslight and pathologise similarly.

Today is mental health day ……Would leave zero stars shockingly . The so called support lady would not support me unless I let them record but she suggested so I thought it was optional . So did she gaslit me !!! Is this really a charity that backs and supports MENTAL HEALTH . I hat I had to talk about is very personal and not for some to offer help but on their terms , ICK . Also I have a 22 year old female on a waiting list for near two years … Sexual Assult therapy waiting list and was sacked by Marks and Sparks (that’s their charity they support) for being aggrophobic and no support even better help won’t help and is too expensive . Whose side are you on MIND !!

I don’t recommend

Disappointing, they caused me great distress chasing me for “outstanding invoices” I’d already made. Disorganised and abrupt, having paid for counselling I felt no further forward - they concentrated on the problem not solutions.

Mind is SINGLE SIDED

Mind has been greatly disappointing. Recently they have encouraged a single side of the political in place of advice for Mental Health and Mental Illness. They are actively tying to provide educational material all geared towards far sides of the political spectrum. They should be non-biased in discussion with a view to help Mental Health and Mental Illness. A charity doing this is biased and bigoted. They are actively encouraging hate. As a man with Autism and Bipolar this was deeply hurtful to see. They will not be taken advantage of me or anyone in my forums. We need to encourage people with Disorders to seek advice from institutions and support that don't operate with covert political ideologies and intentions.

Sadly mind has turned itself into a…

Sadly mind has turned itself into a cash cow, it's like chuggers have entered the building. If you want counselling you pay large sums per hour for a experienced councillor or for a student who has little to no life experience you still pay. People that tend to be genuinely mentally ill tend to not have £35 per hour spare. I think mind is missing the point totally and unless your talking in money they bat you in the direction of another totally overworked charity whom take a year to reply by then your hanging from the noose. Luckily for me i have banded together with a amazing group of likeminded people and we help each other ( For free). I feel after years of trying to get help the only help you get is if you can find it yourself. The only genuinely brilliant and helpful mental health places are the ones related to addiction. They actually helped me get diagnosed with what was wrong with me even when it wasnt addiction. Mind need to employ ex addicts because they understand mental health like no others do.
