I have also fallen in the trap to this scamming company!!! I have no idea when I signed up to the free trial never used the app nothing. May have missed their email.. been through so much recently. They scammed £177 from me made me go into overdraft my priority bills needed to be paid that day. They have caused me serious mental stress and anxiety. I have asked them to please take this into consideration. Nothing! I even sent them proof. They don’t care they just making their money scamming people. Never used the app they can even check that. I am so frustrated and angry upset. It’s not a small amount of money. They just don’t care!!!!
Do not sign up to their apps. I was scammed out of £176.99 after cancelling my subscription months prior to the payment being taken. They will not refund the payment. I reported them for fraud to the police. They add mindway add on when signing up to Walking Yoga App.
I have had the same rotten experience as many others reviewing here. I signed up for free trial of No Diet which I cancelled ages ago but have been charged €211 for Mindway app that I never signed up for or downloaded. They maintained I would have received an email about the subscription renewal but as I had cancelled the one I signed up for they have totally scammed me with ridiculous excuses not to refund. Do not sign up for anything to do with this crowd!
Unauthorised payment of £176.99 charged to my wife’s credit card. Have not purchased any app or products from this company Have contacted company through their website and contacted bank who have stopped future payments and their fraud department will be investigating,
I paid £15.99 to try a new app called no diet. I think Mindway was an in app app. No diet was really bad and I felt was certainly not worth the money so I uninstalled it quickly and then cancelled it. I have no recollection of installing any other app. However, beware consumers because this hidden app. and the unscrupulous company who promote both no diet and Mindway are in my opinion conning people out of money by stinging them with a subscription charge for the hidden app.6 months after originally signing up to no diet. What's more, they don't give you your money back. It is unreasonable to expect someone to remember that they signed up to something that was hidden in another app. There is bill going to parliament to try and stop these type of 'underhand' practices but in the meantime as it wont be in use until April 2026 BEWARE!
I got a random charge of £176.99 out of my bank account. After cancelling my card I was trying to work out just what had taken my money. I realised that I had signed up to a walking yoga free trial 6 months ago. I clearly hadn't realised the term that it would take £176.99 at the end of the 6 months. I also find it completely outrageous that this company keeps telling people in response to their negative feedback that they want to support peoples mental health and not cause stress. I do not for a second believe that anybody working for the company cares at all for peoples mental health, just about making easy money. Be an upstanding company like many others - send reminders when trials are coming to an end. Better yet, make products that people continue to use and value and not completely forget about long before the 6 month trial period is up. Oh wait, that would make less money so I guess they won't.Anything associated with Mindway should be avoided like the plague.
