This company is a fraud!There is no way to deal with this company that will give you a favorable outcome. You will ALWAYS be DENIED a refund, no matter what. And don't waste your time asking for a cancellation because you WILL be charged in a few months for something else you supposedly requested but actually didn't! If any one commenting on this page had a favorable outcome getting their money back, I'd like to hear about it. The charges are pushed through so quickly that there is no opportunity to get a refund. They did an upsell on my credit card without permission, so there's another negative mark. (They claim I DID indeed authorize it, but I did NOT) There is nothing clearly stated in regular size print to warn you of the scam coming your way! This is one of those companies that checks all the boxes for you and unless you find them and uncheck them, you will be charged for garbage you did not order. And that is how they get away with saying that YOU ordered something that you did NOT. They will come on here trying to defend their fraudulent ways by telling you to contact them. Don't waste your time. Since this company is based out of Lithuania, report them to econsumer.gov (for international consumer fraud claims) and also to the internet cyber crime unit of the (FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center or IC3). They need to be investigated for what they do to unsuspecting consumers! Too bad there isn't a way to give zero stars. I've already contacted your customer service team and was denied the refund so there's nothing more to discuss which is why I've reported your company.
As with many of the other reviews, I too fell foul of this Apps lack of communication and transparency regarding its fees and automatic subscriptions renewals. The App sucks you in with far fetched promises of helping you with your anxiety and overthinking, all for a very cheap price with no mention of the recurring monthly costs which are very high and in no way reflect the actual content within the app. No e mails or messages are sent when they are about to bill you or the introductory offer is about to expire which I question the legality of. Any attempts at asking for a refund for the money taken from your bank account is simply refused, they’ll just point to a whole load of information buried in the app that mentions the repeat billing and lack of refunds. Total scam, stay well clear of it.Update: I have tried multiple times to get in touch with an actual person regarding a refund on my unwanted subscription renewal but all I get is a standard AI bot response. “We’re sorry you’re not satisfied, we’re doing all we can to make improvements”etc etc. If you are considering using this app, I really hope you take heed of the comments here from myself and many others who have been scammed and give it a wide berth. It really will only add to your stress and mental health issues. Hopefully, enough poor reviews will result in this app being shut down for good.
Scam! Stay away! I subscribed for 1 week trial for around 10 AUD. Next thing I know, I was debited from my account another 62.8 AUD for a subscription I never adhered to. I requested a refund from Mindway and will lodge a dispute form with my bank. It's a scam, fraudulent business.
SCAM! Misleading. Auto renewed without knowledge or consent. I have been caught out by this following a 'trial' of Walking Yoga app which I cancelled. This apparently was 'offered' as an add-on yet I never agreed to this. I have not even downloaded this app as did not know a trial or subscription was even active and was auto renewed at £176.99!!! Unbelievable. I don't know how they can get away with enrolling you into something you never signed up to in the first instance. I find this and any other app associated with Medical Score totally misleading and unfair. Now seeing the pages and pages of 1 star reviews on Apple app store I definitely wouldn't have knowingly signed up to it. I'm more than happy to try something and pay for a service where I get value for money and some benefit from but this fee is outrageous. Trying to get my money back is causing considerable stress, Ironic given this app is apparently supposed to help with stress! They have no regard for consumers right to cancel an unwanted service. Please avoid it and any other from this developer as I fear they are all the same. Prepare for the same copy and paste response with no intention of resolving your complaint !
