This might be the worst company on the planet. I purchased a dieting app for 35 dollars 6 months ago. Had no idea this horrible app which I wouldn’t pay a cent for would be included with it. Last week I got a $317 charge for a renewal for this app that I’ve never even downloaded or used or even knew what it was. You’d think it would be pretty simple to get a refund for something you had no idea even existed but this team is relentless and absolutely no help. Not sure if they are bots emailing me back but they are an absolute scam and I couldn’t be more annoyed with this company. Currently disputing it through my bank but what a headache. Stay far away.
They claim I signed up for this app for certain period of time but can’t provide any details via email. I was charged $172 for one month after agreeing to be charged only 1.59cents. I never signed up or agreed to the that amount. After 20plus emails they have offered a refund let’s see if I receive it.
Do not touch this app - very misleading when you sign up for the starter package. 3 months later they charge you full whack!!! Been trying to receive a refund on the same day they took more money. Very bad company. No forward warning and very unclear how to cancel inside the app.
This is a total scam. I signed up initially for walking yoga and had it cancelled through email request. After months, I was charged for automatic renewal of mindway which was an option or rider from WY. This was done without my explicit consent and I did not sign up for mindway subscription. The CS replied to my refund request that there was an email reminder sent but I did not receive any. I also tried to log in to site to and clicked restore purchase to test if I really have a subscription and site said there is no active subscription. What am I going to cancel if there is no subscription to begin with? I shared screenshots and still did not process my refund. Escalated to brainway but no avail. You are users and scammers. Your charges are too high. You talk about fairness and mental health but you cause so much anxiety and stress.
DO NOT purchase this app. I tried to cancel my subscription on their app after 2 months (May 2025) but repeatedly got a blank screen for days. I then contacted them via email and was assured my automatic subscription was cancelled, but in Nov 2025 I was charged $353.99! They refuse to refund me even though I have an email trail with them confirming my subscription was cancelled. Read ALL the reviews before purchasing.
I was charged $169.99 for a subscription renewal fee that was not transparent. I received no warning email or otherwise when agreed to the free trial that this was about to be charged. I have already contacted them and received a reply that was obviously their standard template response. I have since replied to that and they are ghosting me. So upsetting how they pray on people with mental health issues. Just disgusting.
This is a fraudulent app. I have been charged £176 for an app I have never agreed to. I have sent them multiple emails regarding the charge and they keep emailing the same thing saying they can’t return the money. Do they think taking £176 money out is a joke? I can’t believe the amount of people getting scammed by these evil people behind the app!!
