Hides subscription prices in small print, can’t cancel through the app and notifications do not flag the initial cost is increasing by 6x the original price . Will not process any refunds and hide behind small print in initial sign up documentation as an excuse. For people with adhd and in need of mental health support due toAnxiety, this seems very predatory and unethical.
If I could would have given - 0 - It's a SCAM !! I signed up with a different company for a subscription for fitness, cancelled by email due to dissatisfaction with the process. Then 3 months later $353.99 was deducted from my account. Apparently, this is for a MINDWAY APP - an add-on app, as they put it that I never agreed too, never downloaded. Never used - didn't know it existed!! I've been emailing back and forth, trying to have my money reimbursed - IT'S A SCAM ! Company has NO INTEGRITY and BULLSHIT EXCUSES !! Don't purchase anything from this company - they will take your money !!!!!!

Just like all the other 300 reviews on here, I have been scammed by Mindway as well. I signed up for Walking Yoga in May 2025 and canceled that subscription 2 days after getting it, but information about Mindway being a separate subscription was hidden and all the charges were mentioned as fine print. 6 months later in Nov 2025, i see charge of 353.99 AUD which is not an amount I have authorized. I reached out to them for a refund as I was so confused about this charge, but they have simply denied. According to Australian Consumer Law, mentioning these details as fine print is treated as being misleading and deceptive and this is exactly that this app does. This is their way to make money as they say they work with a “no-refund policy”. They also mentioned they sent a reminder email, but I have received no emails for them at all. The only reason I even found out about them was because I saw the absurd charge on my account. I have emailed them multiple times, but they stick to their transcript of no refund. This is not acceptable and I am going to file a legal complaint with ACL.
Just like many Mindway reviews I read here, i am also scammed by this Mindway App. I have signed up the ‘ Walking Yoga ‘ for two months in May 2025 and was unsubscribed ever since. The cancellation is confirmed. Now after about 6 months, my account was debited €211,49 by Mindway through ApplePay without my authorisation. This is really concerning! I am now write to all parties concerned to persure a refund. Hope the others will do it too.
Would be minus if possible. Signed up for a trial and have just seen I've been charged monthly for 11 months with no prior warning of this, no detail of the charges - NOTHING. As per other reviews an absolute scam - this company has specifically targeted vulnerable individuals with terrible transparency, crazy charging and absolutely no accountability for their terrible practice. Shocking.
Refused to give me a refund after I emailed them to cancel before the trial period was up ! They said they said they would cancel my subscription but could use the app until November 2026 ! Not couldn’t refund me my money back even though I emailed them several times that didn’t sign up and canceled before the trial period was over Unbelievable.. they are scam artists! This is a fraudulent app that they sign you up to when you download Walking Yoga. My wife has just been charged £176 for an app we have never downloaded or agreed to. We have reported to our bank as fraudulent - using our card details to buy something we had no knowledge of.
