Review Time
A really awful company that tries to deduct a subscription fee 6 months after you've 'cancelled' the subscription and deleted the App. They do not alert you either, which is why this feels so appalling. What makes it worse, in my view, is that it purports to help you with your anxiety, but rather does the complete opposite. Unsurprisingly, Mindway sent me the same reply as all of the other hapless 'customers' before me, (see the many similar low reviews on Trustpilot). This abhorrent company has clearly NOT done anything to 'resolve' its heinous practice of stealing by stealth: taking unauthorised, exorbitant subscriptions and thereby preying on vulnerable people seeking to improve their mental health. In my view this company and its staff are utterly shameless and should be shut down.
Cancelled before the trial period ended. They then claim they did not receive email. Customer care in none existent with very abrupt answers. Not used the app, cancelled down and my fault I did not see three payments made to them. Do not sign up, even if you think you will cancel before trial period is ended. They still take your money and tell you to use the app for the three months even though you cancelled. Con artists.
Fraudulent app which hides itself behind other apps, which if you haven’t read the fine print will hit you with a yearly fee, $343 !! Don’t use this app and check carefully for other apps they hide themselves in. Disgusting, dishonest, money grabbing thieves are all they are!!!
DO NOT subscribe- I signed up to a 1 month plan in June and cancelled within a week of signing up, they confirmed by email that my plan was cancelled so I thought that was it. Yesterday they removed 176 pounds from my account- there was NO REMINDER email - they replied to an email I sent them yesterday to say there had been a reminder email, no there wasn't, otherwise I would not now be 176 pounds worse off! I've genuinely now got to decide whether I eat or stay warm this month - how that helps my mental health I've no idea! The app itself is ok even though I used it for less than a week when I first subscribed, the app isn't the problem it's the company itself (NoDiet is also part of their set up so be wary).
Taking the quiz, the questions made me feel like I maybe on the right track finally. Unfortunately, you’re trying to help an over- thinker and you put a count down at the end of completion of the test to accept the program. As an over-thinker that made me feel rushed to overthink a lot of things while the clock was counting down. Believe you need to rethink that last part bc it destroyed the hope that was building up in just a couple seconds. Thanks and hope that you consider changing that in the future so you don’t lose out on truly helping people with over thinking. Have a wonderful dayMark
What a fraud. I wasn't advised of the end of my subscription. I suffer with depression and anxiety and over $300 was taken from my account by these frauds. I am on a disability pension. I tried to get a refund from PayPal but it was refused. Don't touch this site, they prey on unwell people and quite happily take your money. They need to be investigated for fraud. DONT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY. Advantage shouldn't be taken if mentally unwell people. I hope they rot in hell
