PANTOFLASHD
This is a shocking company

This is a shocking company. Try not to get caught by them. If you do don’t even try to appeal, you just get the standard letter. Even though I did have children in the car, I also have a disabled pass which I believed allowed me to park anywhere. Also they mentioned a court case where the driver lost. Just to check you feel a bit threatened and pay up.

Thieving scam artists!!!

Con artists and theives! That’s what they are! On the prowl to rob shoppers at Meadowhall! No clear signage to tell you that permit holders only in partner and child bays! No clear signage what so ever! Other side of road a small yellow sign very small writing not clearly visible at all! Never known anything like this before at a shopping centre! Robbed me of £60 you can appeal it but then they’ll charge you £100! So basically you can’t appeal it or they’ll rob more money off you. Absolute disgrace! Will report them to the regulator! Meadowhall has lost my business and friends and family! I will make it known or social media!

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Fining emergency service workers because of being over time due to not being able to finish work on time due to dealing with emergencies. My daughter has received well over 20 fines over the last 2 years due to this and even when she has explained what has happened they tell her she still has to pay. She’s even been threatened with court and bailiffs due to them not sending out initial letters. This company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves our emergency service workers are dealing with life or death situations and are not able to just walk away from a situation to put an extra couple of quid on!

Absolute robbers!

Absolute robbers! I wish I could give -100 but won’t be enough either. No empathy. The appeal process is a joke. They are out there to rob people. Looks like a company run by criminals. Astonished that they are allowed to operate. UK regulations are rubbish. You should boycott the businesses who use them at their premises.

Thiefs

Went to the Casino in Bolton on the 29th March at 4.45pm. Console on Reception not working. Told to write down registration no which I did. Received a £100 fine for the 30th March around 1am which was when I left the Casino. Now apparently I have to prove I was there or the fine stands.I really need this !!Minster Parking = Demanding money with threats and no supporting evidence. They rely on people being too spineless to stand up to them.

Zero would be more appropriate

Zero would be more appropriate. Had a lovely day out in teeside meeting up with my daughter and her partner shopping for holiday clothes and kitchen utensils. Afterwards we had a bite to eat in Nandos before heading off home to Sheffield. Never saw a parking sign and thought it was the same principle as Meadowhall free parking no limit. A few days after our return slapped with a hundred pounds fine for overstaying in the car park. We were literally there 5 hours which isn’t really enough time to peruse all the shops as there were some we didn’t go in. Spent a fortune nevertheless so with the fine on top it pushed us over the edge. Will not be going to Teeside retail park ever again and neither will my family or their partners. Lovely day out ruined but not going to appeal as looking at these reviews it wouldn’t be worth it. Rang the Centre management and was told they would pass the information on but I doubt it . Croc of 💩

Time to shut them down

Received a parking ticket. Evidenced we had paid. Kept receiving demands for payments. The company makes it deliberately difficult to contact them. Emails are the only route but don’t get responded to. X5 went without response. Had no choice but to pay the fine. System would not take the payment figure. Attempted contact to no availIn summary, companies making fines should be legally bound to provide routes of contact and have deadlines to respond. We asked for their policy on this and they failed to respondIn summary, companies like Minster Baywatch should be closed down. They get a 1.1 rating for a reason. They are a rogue businessCouncils need to take responsibility to read all these appalling similar reviews and stories and stop renewing or awarding contracts to Minster Baywatch

Cartel. flouting the law

These guys are flouting the law, do not use. They refer you to POPLA for another appeal, but they are hand in glove with each other. This is more than sharp practices, this is a cartel!!!

Mr D Turpin would approve.

Keyed my reg, received a ticket/ receipt and still got a fine for £100 /£60. The ticket machines and cameras are not synchronised and provide false information. Appealing was futile. More threats and intimidation of court action and further cost. Motorist are seen as a 'Cash Cow' by these firms - As reported in the Daily Mail. ****DO NOT USE THIS FIRMS CAR PARKS***
