Agree with previous comments about false advertisement due to different colours. Ordered beige boots and they were dark brown when they arrived, refused refund on postage, very bad customer service as it seems to be a reoccurring problem and something should have been done to prevent innocent customers having to waste their money on products which are falsely advertised
I ordered the NIKI BEIGE boots for an outfit, however they came a complete different colour then what they showed on the website, they were a very dark brown colour. The website is very misleading, as well customer service are not helpful at all. I had to pay for returns due to their fault.
