First time ordering from this website. Wasn't sure what to expect but the merchandise exceeded my expectations. Delivery from China to the US took exactly 12 days from the time I ordered it to receiving it. Upon receiving the dress, it was well packaged and folded.I noticed the impeccable quality and the craftsmanship of the dress was carefully executed. The fit was surprisingly perfect. I'm 5'4" and weigh 130lbs so I wasn't sure if the small would fit but it did. The dress has a slight stretch throughout due to the fabric inside. Not restricted and itchy with the sequins on it and around my hip area there was stretch in the fabric. The chest area has molded cups inside and the length in the back is longer than the front. 4" heels would look best to elevate the style and stop the back of the dress from dragging on the ground. Thankfully, I won't be wearing the dress until January so I'm glad I ordered it ahead of time. Love the style, quality, craftsmanship and beauty of this dress. Only hated I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the dress to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Will order again if I need to. Thanks for making me feel special, elegant and beautiful in this dress.
Disgusting behaviour and customer treatment I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE I ordered my dress a month ago and still did not receive it They kept telling me to refer to the tracking, but the tracking was not accurate I was getting information that the delivery is coming today and never happen, than the next day and never happen again and guess what? I'm still waiting 😂Tracking wasn’t even showing location After my third complaint finally it started showing location and dress wasn’t even close to WA it was showing Sydney as locations - nearly month after the order was placed Rating - 10 Thanks for nothing
I can’t believe how great this company is! Not only is the quality of the dresses amazing, but their customer service is the best! I emailed them to tell them that I needed a dress to be delivered by a certain date because I had a wedding and it came exactly when I needed it! Not only that, but it fits me like a glove. The quality is stunning and the value for money unbelievable. I highly recommend Missord!!!
