I receive my dress. I am having issues getting a professional response on how to return due to not fitting. I received the first reply thereafter I have sent : more inquiries and no one will reply to me. The dress cost me $90I am very weary about this company
My dress was just beautiful. I ordered this garment two sizes larger because of large up top. Because it was coming from another country you warned me of the size difference from the USA. This will enable me to have it tailored fit for my body. I also was lucky to receive it within 7 days which was great. Very classy and age appropriate
I received 3 decent dresses from them, the material was ok but the sizing was way off. They said items are refundable from 15 days of receiving dresses. I emailed them a refund request and that took a few days for them to respond. Instead of giving me directions on how to proceed and a return label or even where to return the dress they offered me to choose 3 new dresses for $75 and keep the small fitting dresses as well. I declined the offer and insisted on following through with a refund. Again, a few days passed and they said to expect an email with return instructions and a return address and I never received that email. So beware of their unscrupulous disgusting ways to prevent a refund.
