I received a peach coloured prom dress with weird green straps ( rather than the peach ones shown on line) and requested a replacement . They were really slow to reply and eventually told me I could have another dress if I paid them more money. I pointed out that it was a faulty item and have been asking now for an address for a return and refund . After 3 weeks and 5 emails I have had no reply and now have a distraught 16 year old girl with no prom dress !
BUYERS BEWARE! NOT TO BE TRUSTEDI ordered a dress size 16, the seller sent a dress that could fit a dolly. The seller ignores emails. I had to get PayPal to demand the return address. I paid £22 to ship the dress back to CHINA a month after shipping it was returned the seller refused the delivery and it has been shipped back to me today. Well, my fight is not over they're not stealing my money and getting away with it.
