Think twice before ordering from Miss Sixty USA!!! If you want to return something or you want it exchanged, they don’t provide a shipping label ! You are supposed to pay out of your pocket and it can be more expensive than the item itself! So now I am stuck with a pair of $200 jeans that are too big of me and no way of sending it back to the Hong Kong warehouse!!!! I wish they were more transparent about their return policy! Even if they reimburse your shipping fees( in case of an exchange only) it is up to $20 :))) So beware! I feel scammed at this point !

I bought a pair of shorts from their website which were too big. When I asked about a returns slip they told me it was shipped from Hong Kong and the shipping charges were not included in the hefty prices they charge for their clothing. When I enquired why that wasn’t made clear on the website they even told me that returns to Hong Kong from the U.K. would be quicker than returns to their warehouse in Italy 🙄. Awful awful customer service. I am out a lot of money trying to ship something to Hong Kong. Please don’t make the same mistake as me

Quality is ok, and it is not made in italy.. it was shipped from Hong Kong China. Return process is horrible.. i would not mind paying shipping fee if they would provide shipping label to customer. I have to go to UPS or USPS and pay over $80 to return item cost $320… DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE 100% sure YOU WILL NOT NEED TO RETURN. I just shipped today, and hopefully I don’t need to wait long to get the full refund.

It is now over 4 months and I have still not received my refund. Given the item was over $300, I am severely disappointed by this. I wish I had read the other reviews before buying. Quality of the product is well below their price point. Cheap stuff from China at HUGE mark ups!
