They take your money and offer no explanation at to the reason why you have not received your goods.

Ordered something since February. It’s the mid April. Never received it. Wrote email after email. There is no one to call. They are thieves . Never buy from them . I am so upset . I have not got my money back . So upset!!

This is the worse customer service I ha e ever experienced u can only call someone in bloody Italy or email them they never get back to u they are just stealing your money because refun you will not be getting. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I has return item of £816 after 3 day I receive it ,is was to big for me that need to return,but don’t get refund at all , when ask the customer service always give saying still work it out now is take 3 months I still don’t get any refund, and I have the tracking number of return and the name of receive it what complete return delivered , but this company don’t care to work it out for customer, never Oder from miss sixty online you will lose your money if something wrong with your Oder :( :( :( :( :( :(

Sent back items to get a refund and after 2 weeks emailed them to chase up, but only the generic email back. Checked with UPS which confirmed the parcel was definitely delivered back to them.I eventually contacted American Express to raise a case and have temporarily got my money back while I dispute it.
